Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in the Australian state of Victoria, is an actress and model. She is most famous for her role as Pepper Steiger on Neighbors, an soap-opera that aired 100 episodes from 2006 to 2007. In Hollywood it was her first time on two different projects. First was Hollywood & Wine where she played a young aspiring actress. In the ninth series of Scrubs she played Maya who is a very beautiful medical student. The show was then abruptly ended. In the next episode, she is shooting for an episode of the Farrelly brother-based comedy Good to shoot, starring Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson tandem. This follows appearances in B-series and series. The year 2013 allowed her to get more exposure for projects. She appeared on six of episodes in the detective series Franklin and Bash then landed her first part in the web-series Chosen carried in the voice of Milo Ventimiglia. In the two first seasons she is also the solution for Chad Michael Murray. The following year, she played in supporting parts for two films featuring aircraft scenes. One was Aircraft 7500, One Way Back on the SyFy Channel, along with a team of TV actors, as well as Le Chaos (an action film featuring Nicolas Cage). The role she plays is a Flight Attendant. She shares the poster of an upcoming TV show called Matador, together with Gabriel Luna. The 13-episode season is the only thing that's available for the thriller by Robert Rodriguez that features actors as CIA agents. The pilot for a second show that hasn't had much success, is in development. In the year 2015, she posted a poster for a B Series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments along with Brian Krause. In the same year, she appeared in Witness for Rent wearing Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. Also, she is an integral part of the huge distribution of the experimental Knight of Cups by Terrence Malick. She also appears in five of the Satisfaction episodes.
