Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay Brodie was born in Ogden Utah on September 15 1915. Fawn MacKay, a Mormon from the Church of the Latter-Day Saints' original family, combined her brilliant writing skills with her impressive abilities to research in order to create the incredible psychohistorical biographical work"No Man is a Master of My History, which was released in 1945. The title derives from the funeral sermons of Joseph Smith, who was the founder of The Church of Latter-Day Saints. The preacher shocked the audience when he said saying: "You don't even know my name. It's been a long time since you've seen the inside of my mind." My history is unknown to any one. It's impossible for me to reveal it. Fawn published the words of 29-year old Fawn. Since that moment there have been at least three writers who have taken on the challenge. A few have attempted to claim that he is godlike, others have claimed that he is untrue. A few even attempted a clinical diagnosis. However, the issue is that there are no documents. They're contradictory. The task is to distinguish the first hand account from the plagiarism of third parties and to blend Mormon claims with the non-Mormons' in an authentic historical mosaic. It's both thrilling and instructive. That's the mission to which Fawn Brodie devoted herself professionally. Thaddeus Stewards, the result of her work and research was what made her a popular writer. The Devil drives (1959). Thomas Jefferson. A Personal History of Richard Nixon (1974), in posthumously.
